Castrol Premium Lube Express

I recently went to Castrol Premium Lube Express for an oil change. I asked the mechanic, Miguel to check underneath my car because I hear a loud scratching when I drive. He said axle needs to be replaced and will charge me $480 for the whole service. He said he would even give me a discount. I brought my car to Sears for a quote and the service technicians told me there was NOTHING wrong with the axle. The scratching sound was coming from a hard plastic underneath my car. I am in complete awe when I realized Miguel lied about the problem in my car. Such a disappointment when someone tries to lie just to make money. Parts and labor is expensive enough if there was indeed a problem in my car. But charging me for something that is working perfectly fine is pure evil. I would like to warn all drivers and readers to keep an eye out to the technician, Miguel who would give you wrongful quotes and problems in your car. My advice would be to take your car to a professional. They would give you free check ups and diagnostics on some. If repairs needs to be done, warranty would be included. Beware of a lot of crooks out there who work so hard ripping other people off. What a disgusting experience. Glad I did not fall for it.
