        Nice new Best Buy in Tracy. Big selection of phones and computers. DVD section kinda small. Large parking lot.

        the Geek Squad technical support sucks. i been there twice to get my windows package installed and it still isnt working so i am forced to go back again today and hope they finally get it right. each time they guarantee it will work and each time it has not.

        No Pressure

        I like shopping here because there is no pressure to buy. The sales associates are not on comission, so they make the same money whether they make the sale or not. Nice atmosphere and good selection for a sort of small store. I have always found what I'm looking for.

        I will not shop at Best Buy again. I hate their return policy. Even with an unopen box and receipt they wouldnt take back my car stereo because it was 5 days past the 30 day time frame
