I had an absolutely horrible experience at the Tracy bus station. The person behind the counter was completely incompetent. When I arrived home and realized my shipping receipt had the wrong address on it, I phoned them. Two different employees refused to fix the error unless I returned to the station (I live 35 miles away). I wrote a scathing letter to Greyhound, needless to say. I hope the girl behind the counter is fired, and that Greyhound helps the other employees deal more competently with customers.
