Another great experience with Lexus of Towson service. When my service advisor, Scott Johnson, moved from Reisterstown to Lexus of Towson, I moved there as well. Scott is easy to reach to schedule service, explains what service is scheduled and answers any questions. If, during servicing, the technical discovers something additional that may need to be addressed, Scott sends an email message and follows up with a phone call to explain the issue. My car was ready before the time promised. Checking out was painless -- don't miss the baked cookies on the counter!! Will I return to Lexus of Towson? Absolutely, both for service AND sales.
