I called and just wanted a price for car insurance, they took the time to explain the coverages to me, suggested better coverages and I got a homeowners policy all for less than what I was paying before with better coverage! Thanks. I like talking to real people (not press 3 for yada or 5 for yada, yada) and the same person not some 800 number and you get a different person every time, you can actually ask for the person you want to talk to and they know you.
