Aladdin Appliance Service

Aladdin fixed our LG washer/dryer combo same day. We had several tricky issues which they figured out quickly. They really saved us by getting our washer dryer working again since we have 5 kids with lots of laundry!

They're knowledgeable, affordable, and fast. Perfect!

My interface with this company over the phone was very disappointing. Dennis is condescending and very rude. Customer service goes a long way and to me is just as important as the service itself. I'd definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Called Aladdin at 11 a.m. & they were here within a few hours to repair our LG Washer/Dryer Combo! We received EXCELLENT SERVICE & would not only use them again, but would Highly Recommend their company! Dennis went above & beyond to explain how the appliance worked. (Needed a new Pump & Drain Hose.)

My LG dehumidifier needed warranty repair, and this was the most convenient location. Since Aladdin Appliance is a long way from Greenbelt, Aladdin made an appointment for me to have it repaired while I waited. They fixed the problem in just one visit and it look less than an hour, despite paperwork and interruptions from other customers. If it weren't for their limited business hours, I would have given them a 5-star rating.

Rude rude rude. Even spoke to the mananger and he was worse than his employee. they claimed they didn't do dryer repairs even though my home warranty company said they did.

My son needs them to call LG to confirm that a dryer they tried to service can't be repaired so it can be replaced. They refuse to do so. As a result, my son has gone for weeks without a working clothes dryer. Not so bad? He has a newborn child at home and his wife is recuperating from a caesarian. These people haven't the decency to pick up the phone so he can get his dryer replaced. What's in it for them except contempt for their customers?

I would not use them again. I don't feel that they were a nice company to deal with.
