Enterprise Rent-A-Car

i recently rented from them and the whole experience was pretty disappointing. i was told i would get a discount on the insurance and it didn't happen. i asked to apply my company discount after the fact and they said that couldn't happen and it should have been mentioned at the time of the rental and i mentioned it but the rep didn't offer to look it up. when trying to sort through the charges i just kept being told i would get a call back and i had to follow up every time. i won't rent from this location again or prob from not form enterprise again for personal or business use.

Great staff. Friendly, courteous and yet took care of business. Recently rented for a short trip using a promotion and my phone app. As it was sooo cold, I asked for a vehicles with a remote starter. They upgraded me to meet my request as none were available in my reserved class, but the upgrade had not been reserved. Thank you so much. It really helped make our trip that much More enjoyable! :-)
