New Service manager Ken is rude. After buying a Gransport and promised that the alignment issue would be fixed after delivery of the vehicle, repeated visits (4) they discovered a strut problem which I inspected and could see this was not a new strut they claimed to have replaced (boot was weathered and torn) Ken said this was new before the delivery and that I caused it in the 500 miles while driving it to the dealer! He never listened of how the strut was obviously damaged prior to delivery as why the car pulled right but insisted that would be a my expense! for almost 2 weeks never calling me but twice. sales team there is the best I've ever experienced unfortunately the service manager is crooked, rude,!insulting me. I'm owner of a Porsche,Benz,BMW service center over 30 yrs knowledge. I wouldve of splitting the cost of replacing but after such a horrible customer experience I will not be taking my cars here. I will be proceeding legally. Ken is shame to the rest of team.
