HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!



Food was good...... BUT not good enough to EVER go back to this place!



SUPERVISOR (or whatever she is there) was SO RUDE to me after placing a large order. I start off by asking the cashier if my order which would be paid on separate transactions would be a problem?.. She says it would be fine! Well turns out the cashier taking my order was working 2 lines at the same time! So as I'm handing over the money for the 1st order the cashier takes off! No "Excuse me" or "I'll be right back!" nothing! Just leaves me hanging there... After 3 times my patience finally runs out & I ask if it would be possible for someone else to take care of the "Bulk Order" line so I could finish my orders because at this rate I'm never getting out of here! Cashier responds with "Well your taking too much time pulling your money out!" ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I had all my money ready to go for each order! But giving me 5 seconds was too much! After each total she would automatically walk away! Gone for 3-5 min each time! Next a VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL SUPERVISOR walks over & tells me "Mija, you are going to start a riot in my place!" WOW! I must say I lost it with very good reason! I basically told this "SO CALLED SUPERVISOR" she needed to speak to me in a professional manner. I explained to her the lack of courtesy I was being given by her cashier & how she was wasting my time by having one cashier work 2 lines with no consideration for each customers time! Plus we're customers giving her business & she should never talk to people that way or argue with customers with such arrogance! Customers are the reason she has a business!" Her reply was "It is thanks to us you have food!" WOW! So I basically told her how unprofessional she was in her approach & how she lacked professionalism in running a business! Of course in the same tone which I was being spoken too!



Oh & she also treats her employees with ZERO RESPECT! She doesn't help out when it gets busy...she just yells at her workers in front of customers & gives dirty looks! But then again what do you expect from a person like that!



SO Ramona's... Keep up your AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Your building quite a reputation from what I hear on your customer satisfaction level!



LONG but I couldn't bare not to write this review... months later I still can't forget how I was treated here!

I go to El Camino and some buddies of mine had recommended this place to me, I was excited at the prospect of having good Mexican food within walking distance of school. I walked there and had two enchiladas and chile rellenos. The enchiladas were orange greasy pieces of carp. I make enchiladas myself and my week old enchiladas would still taste better. I have no idea what that abomination was that I ate called "chile relleno" I'm used to just a Chile stuffed with cheese. They had it in bread...not breaded...but inside bread and the cheese was awful. At first I thought maybe it was the style of a Latin country I am not familiar wish their cuisine. But the restaurant says Mexican food and I've never seen them this style. This was utter garbage. Avoid this place. If for some reason you think this place can't possibly be this bad buy just one enchilada and if you haven't lost your taste buds in some freak accident than you wail realize everything I've said is true and u will have savedyourself money I didn't. it.
