I drove down from LA due to the amount of inventory and volume sold at Mercedes of S Bay. Hayes was extremely and a pleasure to deal with. Buying a car is always a taxing process, but Hayes was never pushy & continued to work with me and my needs. I would definitely look to by my next car at MSB .

Because I was ready to buy and searched internet for what I wanted, and Mercedes Benz South Bay had it in stock, is why I purchased from them. The great sales team was just a bonus. They did a great job helping me with the final purchase and financing of it.

Great Expierance

The service was impeccable, everyone was very attentive & friendly Petros was especially courteous & helpful. He made buying a car a pleasurable experience. All in all I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a Mercedes to buy from South Bay Mercedes. I am pleased with my purchase & continue to be treated wonderfully each time I come in.

Sales Person, Hayes McMillan Jr. Hayes was terrific in focus of customer service during the entire purchasing process. If given the opportunity I would recommend his level of service to other customers, as well as my future purchases.

Nice Dealer

The physical appearance of the dealership was the primary reason for my initial stop. After meeting the general manager I was assisted by Allam an extremely knowledgeable and conversant sales representative. Following a test drive and a somewhat extensive pricing discussion we arrived at what I felt to be a fair market value for the auto being purchased. I would recommend South-bay Benz to everyone.

The treatment we received from Petros M was a moment to remember and will be cherished for a long time. The patience and salesmanship was very satisfying. We purchased a E350 2008. My used new car in a long time. We will return and refer this dealer to any and all friends. It was a pleasure doing business with Larry the sales manager. He left a warm feeling. Thank you all again.

Client service is excellent. We were happy BMW owners and switched to Mercedes Benz because of all the great options and all the offer and specials on pricing, and of course because of the perks a Mercedes Benz has.

Hays is great

I came here because of a referral from Charlie Franks. He referred me to Hays, who might I add has been awesome. He followed up with me, not pressuring me at all. He was always available to take my calls and e-mails. He worked very hard to find the car of my dreams and if not for him I would not have gotten my new car. HE IS AWESOME.

new car dealer, used car sales tactics

I bought a new 2010 E350 from this dealer, only because my wife fell in love with the car. Expect lowballing, long waits if you have done your research on the price and want a better deal, misrepresentation of the truth, and waiting longer than promised for delivery.

Do Not expect a luxury car dealer service.

AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SERVICE YOUR CAR THERE SINCE THEY CAN NOT EVEN GIVE YOU CORRECT INFO ON WARRANTY COVERAGE AND YOU HAVE TO CONTACT THE MANIFACTURER FOR CORRECT COVERAGE INFO.

Very Disappointed! Nothing But PROBLEMS!!!

I Leased a new 2008 Mercedes-Benz from this dealership. (South Bay Mercedes-Benz, Torrance, CA). When I was in finance, I was lied to about the cost of an oil change. They used a scare tactic to get me to buy a pre paid package. I was told that each oil change cost $400.00. So I purchased a $1500.00 Package from the dealership. To then later find out that oil changes are only $195.00 for A and $295.00 for B. So a total of $500.00 over my lease. I paid $1500.00 for this package. I asked for a refund and they told me it takes one month. So i waited a month and a half and no call. I have called them over 50 times about this issue. I even had the GSM call me a liar, because he says that his finance manager would never say a lie. I feel bullied around by this lot. I have been through so much hassle from salesman telling me to talk to someone else every-time i call. What is funny about all of this is I still have not received a refund and never get calls back from these guys that I still keep calling to this day. It has been well over two months. BEWARE! This could happen to you!
