David is an excellent attorney! He was kind, courteous and empathetic from day 1. He represented my case in traffic court to remove a suspension of my CDL. Because of Davids awesome expertise my $889 was reduced to only $104! I promptly received a phone call directly from the David right after the trial hearing and I never had to appear in court! The end result was better than expected...getting the DMV hold removed!! Thanks a million, David, you are the best! A few years back I had a criminal charge and plead guilty just to stay out of jail. I failed to pay the court fees & I was so naive not to know a warrant could / had been issued. I called David based off his amazing reviews and am glade I did! The warrant was removed/no jail time. I was given reasonable time to pay off my fees and at no time felt I was being treated unfair. This worry off my shoulders is all thanks to David, he is the best person to contact to deal with your legal matter.

A couple of years back I was driving with expired registration and a fix if ticket for it. My very first ticket so instead of asking the officer more questions I quickly came up with the money for the registration and went to the DMV to pay them. I guess I was a little to naive at the time because I assumed once you paid the DMV the ticket would be taken care of and you didn't need to go to court. This turned into a failure to appear. And it wasn't until the following year when I got pulled over again that I found out there was a hold on my license. I went to court to fight for one and mine own but these fines are so expensive that even with the reduce fee I was still not able to pay both tickets off in time. It's been a few years and now I live in Texas I've been trying desperately to find someone to help me clear this mess up so I can get my license back. I would get information but not enough that would actually answer my questions thoroughly. I found David's number online and surprisingly he answered. Not a secretary or and assistant. I spoke directly to him and I got more information on my case then I was able to get back in 2011 when all this first started! He was very patient. Told me what I could and couldn't do, the best way to resolve it, fees if I chose to hire him and even what other law firms charge for the same services. He even took the extra step and offered to look at my case himself since he was already on his way to that court house. I was beyond ecstatic. It's so hard to find decent helping and me fighting a case in California but living in Texas was not making it any easier. I was very satisfied with his services and I recommend him to anyone who's trying to get their background cleared up. It's hard to genuinely do the right thing when a lot of people want you to pay up front and do the bare minimal to even help you. I hope he's honest and hard work pays off. I Forgot about ticket and the the DMV suspended my license. I couldn’t get my license until I took care of that ticket…ugh!!!! Didn’t want to go to court, not sure what to do.



Luckily I found David Dastrup who talked me off the ledge. We talked on the phone a couple times about everything that needed to be done to get my license back. He explained how the DMV works and how to take care of my ticket and then take care of the DMV problem.



I’d rather go to the dentist than go to the DMV. Not sure if I’d rather go to the dentist than go to court because I never had to go to court or leave home to take care of my ticket since David went to court for me. Turns out I had a kind of warrant but David got that cleared up, too. He explained how the court tells the DMV to stick it to me, okay, David never said that but you get the idea. I did go DMV to get my license back after he got my ticket dismissed!!!! He explained that means no DMV points!!!

Well, it was only for a red light ticket my insurance was saved. Dastrup took the traffic ticket in Torrance and beat the system, it seemed.



He didn't promise anything and made it clear his experience winning in these citation situations is good. Apparently he knew perfectly what he was doing from asking questions to me. The knowledge of the system he had was great.



to be perfectly honest, I was a bit nervous about what could happen because how can you win these things. But Dastrup came through for me to have the citation dismissed.



If anyone I know gets a speeding ticket I am sending them to call Dastrup.

Fantastic to have my stop sign ticket dismissed. David handled it all. Called me same day it was dismissed. $249 for his services. Very nice person to deal with, a very frustrating thing made a bit nicer because he did right by me. He took my questions (and then some I didn't even know I had) and called right away when the case was dismissed. He told me about how he talked to the judge and the police. He must deal with them in the same likeable way as he talked to me. His friendly demeanor probably goes along way. (I don't think I could have gone to the trial without out getting all shook up about it. I stopped and shouldn't have been given a ticket. Glad he went to court for me. Well, I am peaceful normally, but getting a ticket you didn't do is frustrating.)



This wasn't the only ticket I got, but the other one was just a parking ticket and he took the time to explain to me about it, for free. Nice. My friend's attorney told me about Law office of David Dastrup, saying David is smart and knows his stuff.

110+mph dismissed!! super satisfied. didn't have to pay the court anything, kept drivers license clean. definitely worth it
