I'm a Loyal customer with Enterprise..as of lately I have been completely satisfied with Enterprise. But lately there's been a few issues when I have rented vehicles from Enterprise.First...the vehicles that we reserved most the time weren't available at the time of pick up so I had to settle for a upgrade or a downgrade.Second...lately the vehicles that we have been getting haven't been the cleanest on the inside it seemed to be a quick wipe down... Bad odors...blurry windows...small debris left in the door panels and between seats.I realize that you can't control what people do in the vehicles as far as pets and smoking goes, but some of the vehicles are really bad.And then I've been having some issues with my American Express reward points... it just seems that there's been some confusion at the customer agent counter as well as online when I register my American Express reward points to redeem for the car rental.I plan to rent a vehicle to go out of town this Christmas holiday so I hope we can resolve this issue so I can use Enterprise again.

I appreciate the service they provide to their customers.I initially booked for just a week but ended up booking for two months later. Jocelyn is really a nice person besides being professional and quick. Also they provide free pick up and drop off to Torrance residents. I think they have best rates as compared to other local companies.
I rented a vehicle for 3 weeks. The rental process is quick and I was treated very professionally. A very nice place to rent a car from, I highly recommend it.
Great staff. The cars are in excellent condition, clean and full of gas. This is the only location I have used in the Los Angeles area that I can depend on for great service.
