DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! I worked with him for a week. I believe him to be cognitively impaired, judging by my experience with him. Here is a list of the things he would do: Come to a job and forget to bring the wire!Have trouble getting a flat-head screwdriver into the slot, requiring multiple attempts.Pull a circuit from a breaker box 100' away when a perfectly viable box was within 20'Pull a circuit which had incorrect wire size, for incorrect amperage, and even including incorrect voltage! (pulled from 277V box instead of 208V).Not only that, but after having worked forty hours for him, he only felt obligated to pay me for 22! Because those weren't "billable hours"--which is a croc. I was there, on my time, doing stuff for C&L electric for 40 hours that week. Billable hours are between a contractor and their customer--not a contractor and his employee. For such reasons, I say he must be cognitively impaired because there is no justifiable reason to treat an employee as such, nor is there to make such crucial mistakes on the job.
