Service was very poor. The salesman knew less about the car features than me. After we agreed on a deal, they tried to change it on me. Be careful they will try and slip in extra costs to you. Not really worth it to me. I wouldn't shop there again.
South Bay Hyundai lies and steals! Do not go here. I had my car in for service and many items were stolen out of my car when it was at the dealer for service. Then they refused to respond to my calls. When I called Hyundai corporate customer service, the dealer lied to them.Even their GM, Eric Pack, won't even return my call to have them make it right.Looking for a dealer who steals from you and then lies about it? South Bay Hyundai!

I took my car to let them know my car would not start. I even had to get my car towed there as the electrical went crazy when we tried to jump it. The service department charged me $140 for a diagnostic to tell me nothing was wrong with the car. I picked it up after them having the car for 5 days, to let me know nothing was wrong. Then i picked it up drove to work, and then the car would start again. I had to have the car towed back to the service center, only for them to finally tell me after having my car for 2 days, that it was the ALTERNATOR!!!! Are you kidding. Isn't that the first thing you check when you car doesn't start and it's not the battery? This is the worst service center i have ever been to. I can only tell you all the other stories from all the other times i have taken it there. The only reason i went back there is because my extended warranty will only have me work with the dealer since they charge less for parts, but charge you way more fro labor!!! what a joke!
The worst place to buy a car and then the service department is the worst place on earth. I plan to take them to court. They have my car 2 weeks could let solve problems until much later. Then I had to get a repair done only the dealer could, they had my car 5 days and said nothing was wrong with my car. Made me pay 140$ for diagnostic, take my car home and it doesn't start. Ridiculous.

I stopped in just to take a look and I bumped into Yusef . This is the part that is truly funny,I am now at home with my new Dart in the driveway. OMG! It was truly just an offer I could not resist because it was such a low payment for so much car. Yusef thank you so much again for your patience with me. My boyfriend loves my car more than me and we would definetly recommend him to anyone looking for a car.
I made an appointment for my cars tune up & requested a loaner car. They were ready as soon as I arrived, which made everything quick & easy. The personnel are all so nice! Great experience!!
