Great addition to the Toronto area! Good variety of equipment and classes! Friendly staff!

First day was okay but more on the bad side because they did not have sufficient free weight selection whatsoever. Although they did have quite the machine selection it is not a good gym to lift if you do even the most basic exercises such as bench press or squat. i would say it is a good gym for women as well.
