I experienced a terrible experience at the Home Depot in Topsham, ME. I purchased five Frigidaire appliances from HD. Four arrived without the dishwasher. After it arrived, the Builder noticed a dent in the dishwasher. They would not honor their policy of replacing defective items. They said it had been longer than a month since delivery. When I proved that it had been delivered within a month because of the delayed delivery, I was told that the month begins with its purchase.They did not honor their online prices. I had talked to an employee by phone and told her the prices of the appliances.The employee told me that she had verified my online prices. After several calls weren't returned and time had passed, I eventually was told that they used the prices when items were ordered. Since the order form had been started in a phone call (earlier than their order date) and my prices were checked at that time, we believe they should have used the original prices. The salesperson was excellent. It was the management' that made the decision. When I asked for the Manager's email address I was told he didn't have one.
