Do not go to this place. Used to have well qualified compassionate nursing staff and providers however, over the past 3 or so years they cleaned house and brought in staff that follow protocol and no longer patient oriented. not sure what is going on but it's not a happy place and there is something seriously wrong happening there.
Been a client for 20 yrs. I have the Best Dr's this city has. They have taken the time and effort, never giving up on finding the best meds for my healthy happiness safely.
Stormont Vail West Inpatient is a frigid meat locker with a bed and a roommate that snores all night. Please stay as far a way from this so called facility as you can. Tell your family, friends and even your most hated enemies as no one deserves to add this life sucking and extremely humiliating experience to their lifetime of memories. It can be summed up with these words. It's like being smothered in a wet, moldy and cold blanket then shoved to the bottom of a dark and dank hole with an untalented and non empathetic nursing and provider starff shine a flash light on you every 15 minutes to ensure you haven't accidentally escaped and to remind you that you're helpless and if you attempt to advocate for your right's as a patient and as a human being you only will be only be placed at the very end of the line of individuals who are just looking for a little assistance!
Rosevilla is a very low budget company. Offers no benefits to its employees, (even after Obamacare passed). Owners found a way to cheat the system. They register each building under different business name to avoid paying benefits. For example, Rosevilla on Fillmore Street is legally named: LVJ Rentals LLC, vs Hope house, or Duke would be JV Rentals LLC etc. They employees work in many buildings which makes all this buildings one "Rosevilla" company but for tax purposes and evading paying benefits they call each building under different name. Residents pay "rent" of $2700 a month. For almost 100 residents there are 3 staff during the day, and 2 staff at night. The company is heavily understaffed. Really dirty on the inside. The company takes out taxes, medicare out of paycheck but by itself does not contribute anything (0) for retirement or unemployments etc. Company has "exercies equipment" to attract new residents however, now one hardly ever uses it. The owners are Lynn and Jay Nichols making over a million dollars a year. The money that VA spends for homeless veterans, goes mostly to enrich the business owners like Jay and Lynn Nichols. Between what website shoes on www.rosevilla.us and what the reality is a huge gap.Come for yourself and see.
He really gets down deep to the heart of matters and doesn't let your motive slip by when asking questions. Sounds like the actor Woody Allen
