First off this place is selling vehicles that the owner William Frye aka Bill knows has open recalls but he doesn't tell you about them and he sells vehicles that are supposed to have salvage titles but he sells them as clean and walking into the office all you smell is cat piss and there is cat hair everywhere not good for allergies and don't even think that he is going to give you a fair trade in price for your vehicle you'll be lucky to get $300 for it but then he turns right around and puts a price of $7995 on it and tells people that's what he has into it oh and he always says that he doesn't do auctions but if it's a vehicle from his Texas lot most of them are from auctions best bet just don't buy here
I leased MAZDA from this dealership I was approved with affordable payments.The car is in a very good shape and they even paid for my tags

I purchased a vehicle for $4,800.00 in cash, within the thirty day warranty had two different breakdowns, one they fixed, (must have been cheap) the other they said they did, but obviously not, for I had to at the expense of $700.00. This was hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. The sales staff was very attentive and went to great detail to be sure I found the vehicle I wanted at a price that was affordable to my pocket. I would recommend this store to anyone having a hard time out there finding what you want.......I have read the other reviews on this site and don't see how anyone could have a issue with their service or professionalism...... no pressure....no games.....have you been to ones of the big dealerships lately? I bought a 2011 chevy impala with 2,500.00 down & a loan that doubled the sale price of 6,900.00. I kept telling them there was something wrong with the car because the engine light kept comming on. Tony kept telling me to go see his shadetree mechanic who was never available. 100 days after having the car ; the engine went out. THEY SOLD ME A 14,000.00 LEMON!! I had to replace the engine myself & Tony charged me 200.00 to drive another car for 5 days while getting another engine that took 2 weels to get & put in. My cousin in law Sierra also bought a car which the entire transmission went out in 6 months.. I have spent so much money on the impala engine alone that I should have bought a Benz . They buy their cars at the auction. Basically, I should've kept my other two cars I owed & went to to auction. I could've gotten a 2015 impala for 2500.00 at the auction and gave it back had it been a lemon like the impala they tricked me into buying. . . This business intentionally sought out money ; Definately knowingly selling me a lemon & made my life extremely hard & expensive. They are legitimate crooks and the worse place in Topeka to purchase a car from. You're better off going to heartland auto salvage (junk yard) where I always get cars that work and run excellent to this day or go to the auction urself. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE & Never , ever ever , ever , let this car lot sale you a car. Chances are,"You will pay twice as much for a pretty car that has high mileage & a bad engine". Do not purchase your LEMON!
Honest, knowledgable helpful great service! These guys know what they're doing and do everything possible to help you by the right car! They bend over backwards and go the extra mile! Best used car lot in town for sure!
Terrible experience. Bought a truck from this dealer and within two weeks the transmission wouldn't engage and continually dropped out of gear. Had to pay 1800 out of pocket before even making the first payment! Owner stated the standard warranty was the 10% for parts and labor. Tried to help out the small business amd got shafted in the process. Dealer left uside feeling used, angry and upset. Will never be doing business there again and wouldn't refer my worst enemy to them either!
