I've given them chance after chance, thinking it was just cultural differences. Nope. They're just rude and don't care about quality service. They don't cure the acrylic and rush through the process. My nails bubbled and chipped. I went to have them fixed. They fixed it, grumbled about me in Vietnamese the whole time, and did a crappy job on the fix. And then she tried to blame it on me. Yes, this is going everywhere I can post this because people should be warned. You won't be treated like your business matters and your nails will look like Dookie right after. Don't waste your money
Pamela Brown, now at Lou & Co, is simply FANTASTIC! I have been a faithful client of Pam's for over 2 years and have never been disappointed! Pam is…
I went to happy nails today to get my nails done they told me it was a hr wait to come i left my phone number there they told me they'd call I call them a hr half later she said she'd call back in 20 mins 2 hrs later I show up and they tell me to have a seat my name nor number is even there anymore they treated me as if I never walked in 2hrs prior and kept pulling people in front of me. I am very dissatisfied with my service I got there.
Excellent Salon. I've been with them since they opened up. Best designs, best hours, best prices and best artists in Topeka. No salon gives you a free manicure if yours doesn't last! Seriously? That's like asking a hair salon to give you a free style if you go home and hack at your own hair after getting a haircut!
I bought a Groupon on a whim. I saw April, and she was GREAT! I will be going back, and even at full price.
I will never go back to this place again. Both times they did a bad job. A manicure should last more than a week and if not they should give you the second one free which they did not do and they second one did not last either.
I found this Salon to be very racist as soon as I walked in they said they take appointments only and then they did not even offer to schedule an appointment for me I would not waste my time or money at the salon!
I cane to All about u Salon, for a hair cut and a color. I have always had long hair, so I came in with a picture of the hair style and color I would like.. The lady that did my hair said "yes, this will be no problem." so I put my trust in he, thinking you really can't go wrong with a picture and hair color in front of you. well I was wrong. my hair came out way shorter than what it was to and came out an awful rust color more on the ORANGE COLOR, instead of the nice light honey color I had asked for and it wasn't even to be an all over color more high lights than anything to keep my natural color and put the light honey color through out it.. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone.. I still can't get over how far off my hair style was from my picture and mind set that I had for my hair.. just a little FYI, My hair was above my back side and a beautiful dark brown curly hair. it is now above my shoulders and is no longer the rust color. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed... I hate to do this but it's very upsetting when you pay 75+dollars for something your not satisfied with..
This was my first time doing my nails. I got french tips. Turned out goo, but a few nails are a little slanted. Need to be filed a bit more to make the tip straight. They work fast. My child got her nails painted. They didn't clean or clip her nails first. Charged $6. My french tips and clear/shiny coat was $39. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this place.
The shop been change new owner, new remodeling, and they all really good nail tech now. Recommended try again , and you will the big different now. the best, biggest one in town now.
A refreshingly clean and friendly salon. The stylists are all very upbeat and positive, making you feel welcome at every visit. What I love most is that they all really know their stuff! I get compliments on my hair ALL THE TIME!!
