They are not a true Verizon Store they are just a retail store using the Verizon sign. The sales reps are uneducated on the Verizon products and service or they just lie, not sure which it is. Poor costumer service at best. Verizon should be more picky on who advertises/sells their brand. There is a long story to this but trust me when I say - there is a reason why that store is never busy. I learned my lesson the hard way and I hope you don't have to.
We took the time to make an appointment for 530pm, and did not see anyone until 620pm. My time is just as important as theirs, why offer to take appointments, if they are not going to be kept? Then the sales person could not just answer my simple questions, he had to include his "sales pitch" in every comment he made. We left at 730pm, and were not yet done with what we needed to do. My husband has to go back today. The prices we were quoted all grew several times during our transaction. A fee for this, a fee for that, oh yeah... tax. And the price seems to change depending on the weather.
Rudest most impatient people!!!! Do not waste your time going there!!!
Epic Fail: The Boost Mobile store at 17th and Washburn, Topeka KS cost me a lot of money buying two plans in one week. They are dishonest and craven. They pretended to attempt to solve my problem, failed in every respect and wasted 1.5 hours of my time. This manager never admitted to any mistake. The guy next to him can't understand English or form a question well. They just had me stand around waiting on them putting on a circus, only to turn, ask the offending clerk if I was right or wrong and then tell me no.I have rarely seen a less effective, more wasteful group of workers in a cell phone store. I will not return and they lose my business forever.
