Recently went through the process of moving my dog from the mainland to Hawaii which is an excruciatingly painful and complicated process. The staff at Stonehouse went completely out of their way to help ensure that every thing was perfect for the inspectors in Hawaii to ensure my dog did not go into quarantine. They even drove my dogs blood work to Kansas state university and hand delivered it to them for testing to prevent it from being lost. My dog arrived last week and we slid right through inspection without any issues. After waiting 120 days to get him here I would have been devastated if he couldn't come home with us. I cannot even to begin to thank you guys enough for everything you did! Mahalo and Aloha!!!

The check in desk is always nice, pleasant and smiling. The doctors are wonderful and always very friendly. Plus, the doctors are great at what they do!
