        Bought some tires there, they were great prices and installed quickly and professionally. Will DEFINATELY be going back. A+ BBB rating should tell you something.

        I can't beleive it! They dropped me off at work so I could leave my car to have my snow tires removed. When I called to tell them I could leave work to come get my car they had no one they were willing to send - for the rest of the day. I'm waiting now for a cab to pick me up and take me to my car. I've bought 2 sets of tires from them and visit twice a year for the snow tire switch - but never again.

        Once again we apologize for the inconvenience. There are several signs posted around our facility reading Free ride TO work ends at 11. When the you asked about a ride back was over the lunch hour when we are short handed and we offered to come and get you after two when everyone was back from lunch. When you arrived in the taxi we paid for the taxi and once again apologized. We are a small company and only have the extra help to give rides until lunch time. We try to help people out when when can but can not always accommodate everyone's schedule. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you, Jake

        Not to impressed. My daughter's car was stalling at stop lights asked them to take a look at it, was call within a couple of hours saying the car was low on oil and that's all they could find. Told them to put the oil in and keep checking, few hours later the called my daughter and told her it was ready to be picked up. After two blocks the car stalled again, will have to bring it to my regular shop in Lawrence

        BigD68, We do not know from the details who BigD68 is but we can respond generally. In some cases when a customer brings a car in with a complaint, we cannot duplicate that problem when we have the car in the shop. This is frustrating for both us and the customer, but we don't charge the customer if a problem isn't found. We are not sure why the customer did not contact us (he was only 2 blocks away) but if we did not encourage him to come back if it acted up again we apoligize for that now. Thank You, Randy
