Fontainebleau Apartments

I have lived at Fontainebleau Apartments for almost a year and I love it! The apartments are huge, it's secluded, and my neighbors are friendly. I have only had a couple maintenance issues and the problems were quickly fixed. They allow animals but I've not had any issues except for an occasional poo on the ground. Unfortunately, not all pet owners are courteous as some, but I never really had an issue with fecal matter on the property. The windows are big, new, and allow a lot of light in. I love how I can open my windows and get a great air flow going through my place! My apartment is also well insulated and my electricity/gas bills have been pretty low. I have a two bedroom apartment and it is so big it actually feels like I live in a townhouse with a neighbor above me. All the woods and wildlife surrounding the complex is nice too! I also love having a carport on hot, sunny days or during wintery, snow storms. My neighbors have all been friendly and give me a wave or smile when I take my daily walk. I believe the price is reasonable for the area and I understand most apartment complexes need to raise the rent occasionally. That's just how the economy works...sigh. But what can we do? Prices will always rise. The office manager, Cynthia, and the maintenance team are wonderful! Although Cynthia always seems to be busy with clients and her work duties she always makes the time to talk to me the many times I visit to say "hello." The staff are so friendly and approachable, but also professional. The day I moved in I found a welcome basket on my counter and I thought that small thing was such a kind gesture. They made me feel welcomed when I first moved in and they continue to do so. I highly recommend this complex if you're looking for a quiet, secluded, huge apartment with nice neighbors and helpful staff!

A lot of the previous reviews are old and I read them but checked the apartments out anyway and was very pleased with everything. I ended up getting a place here and I am very happy with the size of the apartment, the pool and fitness area, and of course the price for what you get. The neighborhood feels safe and it has a great location in Topeka!

Since the new management has been here there are a lot of good things about this apartment. There are new windows and siding on all the apartments. It is so quiet and a wonderful place to live. I'm so happy with all the improvements that they are doing.
