We needed a bridesmaids dress for an upcoming wedding. After an entire day of shopping, my teenage daughter was done trying on more clothes. Even with her frustration, Susan was amazing! We were in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Susan gave us several helpful tips and made the process painless. If you ever need a dress, ask for Susan! She's amazing!!

I had an amazing experience! I am a plus size bride but I was never treated like that was a bad thing. Selection was somewhat limited due to recent "bridal Christmas". I was still able to say yes to the dress! Cindy did an a great job and worked well with my personality. Michelle was great as well! I never felt pressured!

Kayla has been my consultant the past two times now, once to find my wedding dress and the second to find one of the bridesmaids dresses. She does a great job, and she is a very personable person!

They have some nice things, but are insanely overpriced. The associates here are incredibly rude. I've been here three times and not once has it been without incident. The first time was with my cousin shopping for her wedding dress and they were rude and unhelpful. The second time was with my now sister-in-law and they kept racking up the price of the dress she really wanted and made her mother cry. The third time was for MY wedding dress and when I asked if they had an undergarment with a little pushup in the bra part the associate said "you don't want to look to fake" and gave me this rude look and walked off. She didn't even answer my question because they didn't have anything. Their dress sizes run small and apparently so do their bras! They had me in a size A with no support and it was too big. I wear a 32C!! I was not impressed with their service or their products. Some of the wedding dresses were gorgeous, but that's all they had going for them.

I took my 5yr old daughter in to find a flower girl dress, specifically one that came in the color wisteria. They took me straight to the flower girl dresses, showed me which ones were able to come in that color& she got to try on that style dress to see what exact size she should have. Also, my daughters needed a light silver colored sash to go with her dress &the lady bent over backwards to help us get it, even though it'd didn't actually come in that color. The estimated date for delivery was a month from the date I paid for the dress&sash, but in actuality it only took a week for delivery&pickup. Highly recommend going here, just make sure you go in a timely manner to allow for custom dying/tailoring.

Nearly a year ago I came here looking for a wedding dress that I needed that night because the next day I was getting married. I am a petite lady so I didn't have too many options but they worked very hard to try and get something to work for me. I told them that I needed the wedding dress tailored that night for my wedding and they bent over backwards to get it done. They stopped everything and got my dress done in 2 hours! I have never had such great customer service and I will never forget it!

I visited this store to buy a flower girl dress for my niece. Come to find out flower girl dresses don't come in sizes that fit 5year old girls so I was forced to pick from junior bridesmaids dresses. They gave me choices that didn't come in my color and/or the size I needed. I ended up having to order a dress 4 sizes bigger than what I needed because "that's all they had 'in stock'." I knew I'd need it altered so they quoted me a price on that. When the dress came in, they charged my sister over 2x the quoted price stating that the original quote was "just a base quote." At this time we are still in deliberations with the alterations manager, who is now stating that we actually should have been charged more for alterations (more than what the dress cost originally!) and that we should be happy we got a "good deal." They are currently refusing to honor the original quote we were given, in writing, by an associate who still works there. We are still in deliberations but this has been the most frustrating and stress inducing task of planning my entire wedding. Do NOT shop here if you can help it. Leave PLENTY of time to shop around for wedding party dresses so you don't find yourself in my situation with no choice but to pay $200+ for a child's dress.
