I contacted the agency for a quote. The rep agreed. I submitted specification but received no reply. After a reasonable amount of time, I called the agency, leaving a message. I got no callback. The next day, I called back and had what I judged to be an unpleasant conversation.I will not be doing business with RIA.

While there is sometimes a wait when they are really busy, I've usually been seen quickly. I've been treated courteously and with compassion when sick. I recommend ExpressCare for after hour care that doesn't require an emergency room visit.
My family just recently moved here. I had lived in Topeka before a long time ago & Cotton O'Neil was the best. Well its not anymore. I had been sick for a week. Since I'm still trying to find a doctor (Cotton O'Neil is not making that an easy process) I went to the urgent care. I get back into the exam room, not once did the nurse ask if I had any medical conditions they should be aware of, just asked for drug allergies. I tried to tell her about my medical conditions I have but she didnt want any of it. Then Cynthia Peterson APRN walks in & immediately said it was allergies before even examing me. Then she wanted to prescribe me Amoxicillin even though I'm ALLERGIC to it. I tried to tell her my medical conditions but she didnt want to hear them either & told me I knew too much about my medical conditions. Well since I wouldnt take medicine I'm allergic to, she decided not to treat me. She told me to keep doing what I've been doing & walked out the door. So here I am getting worse.

Rude NurseTabitha the nurse was helping me.The nurse practicioner or Doctor left and said she be back as I understood, but didn't come back and I had changed my mind about a CATscan they wanted to schedule so I went to tell them at the counter, Tabitha shooed me back to the room like I was a child and just really was not interested in listening to the patient. Then when she does come back to the room, she tells me if I want to cancel the appt. I need to do it myself. So I am really interested in what are we paying them for? I seriously doubt Tabitha will be working with me again as I will refuse her.
The RN, Tina, I believe that was her name (she never introduced herself but saw her name on the computer) assigned to my care was so extremely cold and rude. I would have been better served by a cold fish. I was feeling panic about wearing a mask because I couldn't breathe. She could have approached me differently or offered me an exam room to wait in but instead humiliated me in front of everyone in the waiting room. But she offered me nothing and my wait time was over an hour. As a result of her behavior, I will never return to this clinic.

Very knowledgable and caring staff this is my first choice for immediate care. Of course if 20 people are ahead of you then there will be an increased wait time after all more doctors don't magically appear just bc its a busy day
I was with Tallgrass for about a year before I switched. In that time, both of my PACs left. My new doctor then had me come back in on the chronic issue we were working on because she couldn't read their (computerized) notes. Referrals can take weeks, and though I started working on my disabled placard two weeks before it expired, it took about six weeks, an extra trip, and a lot of phone calls to make it happen. Everyone was nice, it was just a mess. I always felt like the reason it took literally two weeks to get an appointment was because they were trying to force you to the urgent care side to be able to bill your insurance more and collect a bigger copayment. I am much happier with a smaller practice with timely follow up.
My husband got his first massage ever here, and came home just beside himself. The therapist put her hand (wearing a glove) on the roof of his mouth and held that as a pressure point(?) during a Swedish massage. I've never experienced that technique and thought it was crazy. Has anyone ever experienced that? Needless to say my husband is in no hurry to get another massage.
