Great experience, down to earth sales people, not pushy. They had a quality product and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Prices were extremely competitive, I drove 2 hours to buy from them and it was worth it.
I bought a vehicle here. I would highly advise against doing so. I've replaced nearly everything on the vehicle so far. The brakes were paper thin when I got it, and I do mean paper thin. The ignition coil was cracked, the plug wires were frayed. The plugs were gapped way off. The oil and coolant needed changed. The shocks were mismatched and leaking, the coils were shot. Had to replace them and the tie rods which were worn nearly to the point of failure. New heater core, door locks don't work, neither does the key fob.I understand this isn't a fancy dealership, but I'll wind up paying nearly twice the KBB excellent condition price for a vehicle that's barely holding together. Were I to sell it, I'd be lucky to get 1/6th of what I paid for it.
Thank you for making selling my old car painless. They jump started my vehicle and while they were there they saw my old car sitting next to the garage. They bought the car on the spot. BEWARE BRIGGS DODGE SERVICE: I took my Dodge van to Briggs for service recently. They recommended $930 in maintenance & repairs which I declined. I took my van to another shop with a Master mechanic and his estimate was around $350 for the same work.
I needed a new car in 2011 and test drove several. Ended up at Sharp Honda, looking at a Crosstour. Tom Gettler was the sales rep I worked with, and he could not have been more helpful. We drove a couple of cars and then the Crosstour. Loved it. Rides well, has some bells and whistles, and seemed like a great choice. There wasn't a car on the lot in the color I preferred, so he found one out of state and it was brought in. I picked it up the day after Thanksgiving, 2011. Tom spent at least an hour with me reviewing the features of the vehicle, uploading my phone contacts, etc. He was very patient and did a great job. I've had the car serviced a few times since, and the service department is fast, efficient, and I'm out the door in no time. Special thanks to Tom for giving me a refresher on the navigation system as recently as last week, as I've had very little chance to use it yet. Tom Gettler made sure all my questions were answered and he did a great job. I've been totally satisfied with Honda Thanks! Love this car! Elaine Rogers

As a woman purchasing my first car without my dad, I had a very easy and honest experience. Rob Walton was a great help by being patient, knowledgable, resourceful, trustworthy, reliable, and fun. I'm very pleased with my experience, but also the amount paid for a 2013 Civic. Rob made sure to give me the best deal, and with my own research and all, I believe I did. He worked for me in the times I needed to, and put me first in his priorities. Also, there are so many additions given to make the transition to a new car more comfortable like oil changes and a great interest rate. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I was looking into buying a car with an idea of what I wanted but kept my options open. I originally went to different dealership that I don't care to even mention prior to visiting Sharp Honda and I did NOT like the experience with them at all. Car shopping can be stressful but it should also be fun, too. Unfortunately with the first dealership I visited, we spent an hour and a half talking about financial stuff before even looking at car options. I just felt like they were trying to sell me a car just to sell me a car and that's not what I wanted. -_- Thankfully, I decided to visit Sharp Honda the following day and VERY glad that I did! My experience with everyone at Sharp Honda has been exceptionally positive and welcoming! I had the pleasure of being assisted by sales consultant, ROB WALTON, who was very professional, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable! Rob showed me a great variety of cars that I was looking into potentially buying, and also other car options from new to pre-owned/used that I may be interested in. He didn't show me cars that was out of my budget or cars that I wouldn't even consider which I appreciated! He was also informative and answered all of my questions without overwhelming me. Because of my positive experience with Rob and Sharp Honda, I decided to buy a new Honda Civic with confidence and I am very happy with MY choice!
