I have been a customer for 5 years and have always had great service. Employees are very customer oriented and friendly. Multiple locations make for convenience. As close as you can get to a small town banking experience in Topeka.
Horrible service since the merger from questcu to azuracu. They don't know the difference between a loan payment and an account number. Online service is a joke. Phone service is a joke. Billing is none existent, but they'll be sure to send you 3 delinquent notices a week, even when your 2 months ahead on your payments. Absolutely the worst experience! Do not bank here!
This payee service is impossible to talk with. They never returned my calls.

I have been a member since high school and I have always been impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the great financial solutions they have been able to help myself and my husband with over the years. Definitely a customer service oriented organization.
