The administrator who started in 2016 did not resolve a problem with a resident whose visiting wife/DPOA was abusing him emotionally & physically. He tolerated an atmosphere of hostility created by some of his staff. He did not ensure his staff followed visitation rulings by the Ombudsman. He did not ensure visitors were treated the way they should be. He did not use his legal department to protect the rights of the resident his facility was in charge of caring for.
