GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I was looking into buying a car with an idea of what I wanted but kept my options open. I originally went to different dealership that I don't care to even mention prior to visiting Sharp Honda and I did NOT like the experience with them at all. Car shopping can be stressful but it should also be fun, too. Unfortunately with the first dealership I visited, we spent an hour and a half talking about financial stuff before even looking at car options. I just felt like they were trying to sell me a car just to sell me a car and that's not what I wanted. -_- Thankfully, I decided to visit Sharp Honda the following day and VERY glad that I did! My experience with everyone at Sharp Honda has been exceptionally positive and welcoming! I had the pleasure of being assisted by sales consultant, ROB WALTON, who was very professional, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable! Rob showed me a great variety of cars that I was looking into potentially buying, and also other car options from new to pre-owned/used that I may be interested in. He didn't show me cars that was out of my budget or cars that I wouldn't even consider which I appreciated! He was also informative and answered all of my questions without overwhelming me. Because of my positive experience with Rob and Sharp Honda, I decided to buy a new Honda Civic with confidence and I am very happy with MY choice! Even more so, I never felt pressured into buying my new Honda Civic from them either and that alone speaks volumes! Even if I didn't end up buying a car through them, I would've still recommend Sharp Honda to my family and friends! In fact, I've already recommended them to a few friends of mine! I needed a new car in 2011 and test drove several. Ended up at Sharp Honda, looking at a Crosstour. Tom Gettler was the sales rep I worked with, and he could not have been more helpful. We drove a couple of cars and then the Crosstour. Loved it. Rides well, has some bells and whistles, and seemed like a great choice. There wasn't a car on the lot in the color I preferred, so he found one out of state and it was brought in. I picked it up the day after Thanksgiving, 2011. Tom spent at least an hour with me reviewing the features of the vehicle, uploading my phone contacts, etc. He was very patient and did a great job. I've had the car serviced a few times since, and the service department is fast, efficient, and I'm out the door in no time. Special thanks to Tom for giving me a refresher on the navigation system as recently as last week, as I've had very little chance to use it yet. I LOVE Sharp Honda. My husband and I had been looking for a V6 Accord coupe with a manual transmission. We were told by a cheezy sales manager in Kansas City that they were the ONLY dealership that had the car in the eight state region. I try to trust but verify. After a few phone calls, we were able to find another car, like the one we wanted, in Topeka. So after a quick drive, we met Robert Dolan, a laid back down to earth salesman. Robert was fantastic. He dealt with us honestly and as if he had known us for many years. He was extremely knowledgeable, answering all questions we had regarding the vehicle. Both of the Troy's were great also. There were no hard sales and we got an awesome deal. Troy kept coming back to us with good, great, spectacular news. I can honestly say, this was the BEST car buying experience that we have had to date. I can definitely see us referring others to the dealership and going back to get another car. Robert is the best.
As a woman purchasing my first car without my dad, I had a very easy and honest experience. Rob Walton was a great help by being patient, knowledgable, resourceful, trustworthy, reliable, and fun. I'm very pleased with my experience, but also the amount paid for a 2013 Civic. Rob made sure to give me the best deal, and with my own research and all, I believe I did. He worked for me in the times I needed to, and put me first in his priorities. Also, there are so many additions given to make the transition to a new car more comfortable like oil changes and a great interest rate. Being a first-time, new vehicle buyer, I was very cautious. After visiting other dealerships, Sharp Honda was the right fit for me. Salesman Rachid Lagrini greeted me at the door. He was very outgoing, personable and down-to-earth -- NOT PUSHY. He listened to what I was wanting in a vehicle, answered all my questions, and didn't make me feel like any question was a 'stupid one'. Rachid kept in contact thru the entire purchase and since to make sure all things were taken care of to my satisfaction. Troy Clifton and Billie (finance) were also awesome in dealing with thru the whole purchase process. And - all the staff is very courteous, helpful and friendly. In June of 2010, I bought a 2008 Volkswagen Rabbit from Terry Honeyman, the owner of Honeyman Auto. He was very honest about everything. He showed us the carfax and carfox reports and answered all of our questions very honestly. I have had the car for over a year now, and haven't had to do anything but change the oil and filters regularly. He put new tires on the car before putting it on his lot for sale and the car was very very clean inside and out. Terry let us take the car overnight to test it out, to make sure we really wanted it, and of course we loved it. The whole buying process, paperwork and all was very quick and effortless. I would recommend anyone who wants a great deal by an honest dealer, to stop by Honeyman Auto, you won't be disappointed. Terry made a lifelong customer in me and my family.

Great people running this place. They care about putting people into reliable cars for a reasonable price. Unlike some pushy car salesmen, they're not just trying to make a deal for themselves. They actually are worried about getting the customer into a car with bad credit, low income, or whatever the situation may be. The owners are people who have struggled like the rest of us so they really try to help everyone get into whatever car the person wants. Plus they talk and bs with you like you are their friends. I recommend Reds Auto Mart to everyone. I hated car shopping at lots. I never wanted to again. But I had to and ended up at red's and I'll never look at car buying as a huge hassle again and I'll never go anywhere else I'm a lifetime customer and I'll only allow my family to go to them
My first experience with Sharp Honda and BILLY FERRIER was about a year ago. I was trying to decide between a Honda Pilot and a Mazda CX9. We had really decided on the Mazda but wanted to drive the Pilot first. We felt no pressure what so ever to get the Honda over the Mazda. He said "get what you like"( the Mazda was not through Sharp but another dealer in KC) I recently traded my Mazda to them for a Toyota Camry for better gas mileage. Again I didn't feel pressured to buy from them. You can tell he really wants to make his customers happy rather than sell a car. My mom has recently purchased an Accord from Billy also and was completely satisfied as well.I will return there for any future car purchase. Nobody likes the car buying process but Billy makes it painless!
My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 Honda CRV. Robert Dolan was our sales person and I must say this was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have been buying cars for some 35 plus years now. Robert was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and courteous too. He was not pushy. Robert showed us around the service dept. and answered all our questions.
