Well I love new restaurants and I LOVE Cajun food. The wife and I spent 4 years stationed in Louisiana and we miss the food there. The other day while on my afternoon walk we came across the Red Snappa and went in for a look. It's in the old Boscos's which at one time was Piasano's. The smell took me back to Bossier City instantly. Today I went back for lunch, the staff was friendly and very polite. I ordered the Small Seafood Gumbo with Okra to go. It was a large serving for being the small order, and came with a separate container of dirty rice, and a big piece of Cornbread. Served piping hot!I took the order back to my office and enjoyed every spoon full. I give this place 5 Stars, it's not flashy, it's not fancy, but it IS some real good Cajun food with a friendly staff.
George did my wedding in 2009 and it was the BEST experience ever. He made it SO elegant and stress free for me, and he threw in my wedding cake for free with the catering package!!! What kind of awesomeness is that?! It was beautiful too. Just what I wanted. I recommend him for every person I know.
