Jerry's Junkers

Do not go to Tontitown to Jerry's Junkers to purchase a car. He sells junk cars that claims "will drive all the way to California and back". I purchased a Black Ford Taurus from him, had it changed to my name and then at the urging of a witness took the car to a mechanic. I was told the car was no good and even if they did the work the car would not last more than a year. I tell this to Jerry and his "wife" and they say the mechanic is lying. I go back out there to take the car back and he refuses to give me my money back until the title comes in and I give it back and tells me to pick another car and I can drive it until the title to the other car comes in and then if I don't like this one he will refund the money. I had to have a car to drive and took this one to the mechanic and again over $1,000.00 worth of work to be done. Some had to be done right away just for me to drive it. I had to spend over $700 on repairs to just drive it. Now he refuses to give me my money back. Keep in mind, he is not following the Federal rules of selling used cars. They gave me NO receipt, there was NO buyers guide, NO bill of sale, and they are supposed to inform the buyer of all that is wrong with the car. He thinks he is beyond all of this. I have turned them into the Federal Trade Commission, complained to the Better Business Bureau, complained to the Attorney General who assigned an investigator to the case, I have filed a felony theft complaint with the Fayetteville Police Department, and was assigned a law clerk with the prosecutor's office, and am in touch with a member of the Arkansas State Police. This man calls everyone but himself a liar. I even told him what the mechanic said about the second car and he told me they were lying to me and go to AutoZone and have them look at it and they agreed with the mechanic. Of course Jerry said, " They are liars". That many people who do not even know the other cannot be lying about the same thing. Again, I have a witness. She knows I NEVER signed any document, only one to show I was driving the car until the title came in. He came to my house and got the title he had waited on and told me he had "my" title and I had to sign some papers. I told him it was not my title and I was not signing anything and shut the door in his face. He yelled he would sue me. Now if I have already signed a bill of sale (I have not) then why did he not just leave the title for me? They are crooks who use a ruse to get you to buy a car from them. BEWARE OF JERRYS JUNKERS!!!
