Even the fortune cookie was stale . . . and the hidden fees that they charged were outrageous! I ordered the chicken in garlic sauce dinner for delivery to my hotel room. The meal was $9.99, and the additional hot & sour soup was $2.99. When the meal arrived, the total was $23.44! I ordered the chicken dish extra spicy, so they added an additional $0.50. Then they tacked on a $2.99 fee for using a credit card - and $4.99 delivery charge for the 6.5 miles it took them to bring it. The soup was inedible; by far the worst hot & sour soup I have even had in my life. The chicken dish was not dreadful, but very disappointing. I could not possibly recommend this place to anyone.

the worst experience in my lif...

the worst experience in my life....i called to order off the lunch menu (for an office) and they say 45min-1hr ok thats fair.....1hr20min later no food i call and they give me an attitude because i said the gentleman who took my order never asked for my phone number....after fighting with him just to try and get an answer of where our food was he told me its on route so at most another 20 min???? really....so my boss called after i told her my experience, she asked for a manager and he was AWFUL yelling and caring on saying how they dont have to please us because we didnt order enough for them to be concerned about our order or losing our business///meanwhile the delivery person shows up and hears whats going on and holds my food hostage and calls her boss....so they took are food back (the bill was over $7 what they told me on the phone) and called us liars! SOOO never again will anyone from our office order from there and once this gets out nobody from this building (over 3 stories of offices of different professions) will ever order from there again nor friends and family. I hope when people read this you know that customers arent valued and to top it off one of the companies here is a private locator and cant find a federal id number for this "restaurant" so how are they legit?

We ordered delivery from Ying's the past 3 Saturdays. The experience has been nothing short of infuriating! The first Saturday, we ordered subs and a fish fry. One of the subs was incorrect. Since they quickly corrected the mistake by delivering another sub, we didn't think very much of it and decided to try their Chinese food the following Saturday, instead of ordering from our usual - Ling Ling's in Tonawanda. That is where we made our mistake. The food was horrible! The sweet and sour chicken was overcooked to the point of being too hard to eat, and the hunan beef was made from sub beef (like steak-um meat). Absolutely disgusting. I called Ying's, and the employee who answered said that I could either get a new order delivered or get a refund. I told him to please give me a refund. 5 days later, there was still no refund posted to my account. I called and spoke to Mary, a manager. She informed me that the employee had no authority to issue a refund, that the owner is out of town for a month, and that the owner never gives refunds. She refused to honor the employee's refund promise, and instead gave us a $35.84 credit to use on a future order. We attempted to use that credit tonight. We ordered 2 pizzas and wings. After almost 2 hours, the delivery guy showed up with 1 pizza and wings. I called Ying's and got attitude, again. The employee boldly told me ""I don't have time to make a new order. We are short-handed, do you understand?"" It was the same employee who had promised me a refund the previous Saturday. What was his next comment? You guessed it - he offered me a refund again! We finally got the second pizza - 3 hours after we ordered it. It was ICE COLD. I will never order from Ying's again - delivery or otherwise! Absolutely terrible!!!!

Yings used to be a small little take out place that served terrific chinese food at very reasonable prices. NOW it is a filthy, painted black BAR that caters to the youngest of passing for legal and serve the worst food ,especially the worst chinese food, we have ever tried to choke down because it cost too much to just toss it out! Last night we got ""dinner 24"" Pork with vegetables,wonton soup,egg roll, and pork fried rice. The 'soup' was hot water with a wonton in it. The Pork with vegetables had stringy-fat-blob of gelitonus 'mystery; meat (is your cat missing?)The egg roll was straight out of a frozen-ready made box. and the pork fried rice (which we remember the days when it was plentiful) barely existed: maybe a TBSP full. SUCH A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT from the wonderful meals we got there not so long ago. IS there even a COOK in the kitchen or some kid from Kenmore East?

If you value your credit cards and do not want your card information to be compromised do not go to yings. i order food from there, not only was it undercooked. but i had it delivered and the delivery person inscribed my card info on a piece of paper. we returned the food twice. both times it was under cooked. when i went there the "owner" was completely hammered while he was cooking and i asked for my card info since they inscribed it. and it was in the drivers car the whole time. all my info. i even asked the owner if he knew that he was compromising cars and that it was illegal. and he even admitted that he knew it was.

Clearly Profit Oriented No Customer Service

Joined before this facility opened. they were late opening by one month, no communication on this issue....and refused to provide a refund when I moved out of state and then did not request my refund within one week of their opening, which I had no way of knowing had occurred. What they did was within their contractual rights, but this is clearly not a facility with a commitment to customer satisfaction. I used Buffalo Athletic Club while I was waiting that extra MONTH for Best to open, and highly recommend them!!
