        Had an install of two cold weather outdoor faucets and 2 ball valves installed back in September 2015. His helper nicked a wire and now when I release one of the ball valves it leaks at the outside faucet. I have called him on both numbers several times and hasn't returned my calls yet. His office is a city Tonawanda postal box. I would avoid this plumber. I will update if he reacts to this
