I will never take my pets here again. I do not feel that there were truly forthcoming with us in regards to the severity of our pets condition. They advised us to consider running tests and to perform surgery that she most likely would have never survived. They handled a scared, nervous dog with little compassion and made her last moments even more stressful. I feel as though they took advantage of us, only confirming information after we did our own research and presented them with more questions. In my opinion, they were less concerned about what was best for our pet and more concerned about what made them the most money.
My Dog was ready to give birth, and I must have called the office 6 times in one day! The staff is wonderfull and very understanding, the vets tell you the truth about what can happen and the best way to handle a problem if it happens..But we didnt have any problems..and let me tell you I was totaly new to helping my dog give birth..I will never go anywhere else!....BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PETS

Very good vets but VERY OVERPRICED. This place is ALL about money. They don't explain how much things cost....its a big fun surprise when you get ready to leave and pay. They know you want to help/maintian your pets health and take advantage of that. Any meds/food/supplies/tests are 3x or more then anywhere else. I understand you get what you pay for but, it way overpriced compared to others in the area.

I have been taking my Great Dane here since she was 6 weeks old and have always gotten great service. The staff knows you the moment you walk in the door and my dog loves going there. Dr. Parkhill is by far one of the best vets I have ever had to deal with. She takes the time to answer all questions and seems to bond with the animal she sees.
