Horrible customer service. Unwilling to exchange NEW bike when policy clearly states exchanges accepted on receipt. Owner was RUDE, CRUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL to us even though we purchased TWO bikes one week ago and needed to exchange one due to medical issues. Complaint filed with BBB and will be taking them to small claims court. Good luck if you plan on shopping there. Should have zero stars.
Dick calls it like he sees it. The easily offended, millennials, soccer moms, and others that need a coddling, nurturing retail "experience" should look elsewhere. Dick and his crew know what they are talking about. You just have to know how to ask. I have never left unsatisfied.
The name is accurate. The owner was a condescending jerk. I have never been treated more rudely by anyone at any business. How this jerk is still in business I have no idea. Maybe some people just like being treated like they're stupid. Personally, I don't, and that is why I will never set foot in this shop again.
They are always willing to help me at a moments notice. They are very helpful and sociable also. I have been going to them for at least 28 years. Highly recommended. If all the one star reviews were true he wouldn't be in business for 40 years. RIGHT!!
One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I went in to buy a Sky King tricycle for my grandaughter. The owner was a complete jerk to me and my wife. When I asked why the trike was so dinged up i got told to stop being so picky - everything is dinged somewhere. For $200.00 I think I have the right to ask a few questions. I try to support local business but I will never step foot in that store again. Why would anyone support that idiot's store?
