The manager and his crew lie. They do not divulge all charges and you get slammed when you least expect it. Very unprofessional and juvenile bunch in that store.

So disappointed. Ordered a new screen for my cracked S6 and they had me waiting for over a month and still nothing. Decided to cancel my order. Will never recommend this place.
I was referred to this place by one of the guys at the TMobile shop where we purchase our phones. I inquired and talked to the man at the kiosk and he seemed to be uninterested and not enthusiastic at all with regards to my and inquiries. He answered my basic questions but was not accommodating anymore when i had more. He didn't even look at me and did not make any effort to fake a smile. I did not bother to give any business to him in the end as he obviously did not want any and was just focused on whatever he was doing on his phone. Its a shame because if i were the owner i would immediately find a replacement for him. Will never recommend this place.......
They sell inferior products. I had previously bought a 'rapid' power charger from an actual Verizon store, and it worked, but the one that I bought from this store was anything but rapid. But I was told it was just like the one from the corporate store. And he was right to a point! It plugs into the vehicle and it plugs into the mobile phone.!But that is where it ends. It is about 40% slower than the one that Verizon sells, so due to that fact, it is worthless for what it was intended for.Customer service center told me that they are unable to help with refunds or credits over 30 days old. All they can do is to send my information higher up. I doubt that happened but time will tell. It has been 10 days now since I was told that and as expected, they have not responded. Maybe because they are using Verizon and the calls are dropping? Who knows.Their customer service is totally lacking, here is an example of what I went through: When I first called, the initial rep that I spoke with needed my cell phone number and my Verizon PIN so she could access my account. When I told her that I was not going to provide my pin # and that I had the invoice number and the credit card number, she still repeated that she needed to access my Verizon account. When I asked to speak with her supervisor she told me that he would tell me the same thing. Well to her surprise, he was able to talk with me about the problem being encountered with having only the invoice number. They only need your Verizon account number and PIN when dealing with phones or tablets, not phone chargers. But she was not aware of what the difference is between a charger or a phone, but is very aware of trying to capture information that could cause me financial damage! With the PIN, she can order anything that she wants to on my account.It was a bad experience all around. I do not recommend this place to anybody.
Please read the reviews in regards to how they treat customers with repair issues on yelp or on google reviews. Very poor service. Find another corporate store to go to service your phone. They will only send you to insurance and make you pay the deductible even if they have to replace it. They do not adhere to company guidelines as far as repairs are concerned and leave customers clueless.
