Not even through the wait of the line while writing this. Don't ever go here. They have no idea what they are doing. Such a waste of time.
This is the best car wash in town! The new management is really awesome, and they treat their customers great. Super attention to detail and customer service. My car was squeaky clean, and the price is really good, too. Living down the shore, I get a lot of salt on my car, and this is great for keeping it in good condition! I will totally be going back! Thanks so much for re-opening this awesome carwash!
MARISSA, why are you talking crap on a business page trying to act like he's not your ex boyfriend !!!! Get over it, he dumped you and don't want your number... He don't smell like pot when i go there.. Keep you jealousy off of a review !!!!!
Absolutely dispicable men own this business. Please don't give these garbage humans your money! Go anywhere else.
Rude, arrogant management, broken equipment, unsanitary facility, twenty to forty dollars for so-called car wash treatment that is a total failure of service, also a waste of time and money, This is basically a crooked business and should be closed down.
Horrible service. Employees are very crude and rude. Owners are even worse. Disgusting, horrible human beings own this place. Do NOT give them your business.
I did not even think they deserve a star! My wife went last week. The change was missing out of her dash dish. Her windows were dirty and her floor mats were un touched after getting the works with rain guard! I went this morning and wished I never left a tip on top of my $30.70 wash and a freshner. My windows were smeared, my rear seat left un vacuumed, my dash was as dusty as when I brought it, and they never said your car is ready. they just walked away and started to mess up the next car. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO FREEHOLD FOR A PROFESSIONAL JOB!!! This place is a waste of money, time and energy. Oh and change from your ashtray!
Empty your car first!!!! Went here and my blue tooth headset went missing it was wedged in the air vent. It never leaves the truck and if I am not talking on it I put it right back in the vent. They told me they might have vacuumed it up and they would check that night. I called and they said they checked one vacuum but not the other. Called again today and they tell me they did not check the other one and they usually only do that once a month. There is no way they could have vacuumed that up I was giving them a chance to get it back from whoever stole it. Guess they don't care.
Check your vehicle carefully for scratches before you go. Granted, I brought in my 10 year old Durango, and it did already have a few parking lot rub marks on the rubber bumpers. But as my vehicle was going through the wash, I immediately noticed red scratch marks on my driver's door and the front fender flare. When it came out, I told the guy drying the car that "I know it's old, but I really don't think those scratches were there". They were pretty deep, and i really think I would have seen them on the Driver's door. Roman the Manager came over, and he showed me the soft brushes that they use for the manual part of the cleaning, and the material used in the automated part. Well yeah, I could see that through the window, So they accepted no blame and I left. When I got home, I found deep scratches on the back right side, all the way up about six inches from the roof, so about four feet high. No way those were already there. I'll never go again.
Love this new car wash! Ordered the works and they sure delivered!! Felt as if my car was fully detailed. WoW! BIG PLUS... No longer have to go to the Lets Go Steelers out dated shoe box wash when I am a big Giants fan! Lets Go Giants!!
