They didn't have one single item from the sale flyer! I got there like 3 hours when it started. Iceing on the cake there where 3 sales people just talking and asked them a question where something was. Sorry we are on break. I will never go shopping there agai!
Today is November 2, 2014. It is almost 1 o'clock in the afternoon I called Ashley furniture at 11;00 o'clock because I had a problem with a bedroom furniture they deliver to my daughter at 10 o'clock in the morning. I had to wait till 11 o'clock to call Ashley. The nightstand was so damaged they never even took it off the truck. They brought up the dresser and the bed headboard and footboard. The only problem was they forgot to bring the hardware to put the bed together. That's like ordering bottled water and getting the bottles but no water. I've been on the phone trying to understand what happened and how to correct the problem. Two hours later after getting the bed delivered Istill don't know if they're coming back with the hardware or they're going to deliver it tomorrow. The store in Toms River New Jersey will not give me an answer. I have called to speak to the salesman Rich been for two hours nobody's called me back. I called to speak to a managers. Mark and Marcus, and no one has called me back. The warehouse called and they were very nice. They told me that it was Ashley's furniture's fault they forgot to send the hardware. Ashley told me that it was the warehouse fault. That they forgot to send out the bed without the hardware. I'm not sure who's at fault. But it would be lovely for somebody just to call me back. And let me know if I should wait the rest of the day on this Sunday for somebody to come back or tomorrow morning and somebody will come back and set it up or another day. I've never seen customer service like this before. I know mistakes happen but at least contact the customer and let them know what's happening. Let's see how this turns out. I Will keep the public updated!
Over priced!!! Manager Dave yelled at me and kicked me out of store for showing him online he was over pricing a bedroom set by $1000. While employees were eating pizza on the show room floor!!!
Buyer Beware!!!!!They sold me a defective TV that they marked for clearance. Kmart told me the TV worked, BUT it was really a defective TV. Kmart wasted my time, provided no warranty support and would not offer me a working TV.Fran the supervisor & Rickey the store manager offered NO help. I was told that the store manager Greg was aware of the issue, but NONE of the store management offered to provide me with a working TV. Please send their management team a message and choose a store that will stand behind what they sell.
