Dont deserve a star. They misread a simple blood test. And wanted us to put our very rare cat down saying he was suffering. Got a second opion , and found out he was diabetic. TR hospt. seen the signs , told me so, but insisted his liver was failing, and he had hepititis. And they were wrong. And almost killed my cat. His liver is fine according to a vet who can read a blood test. The same blood test TR read and took. How can a vet make such a serious mistake. They should be reported and lose thier licience. If a vet can charge outragous money , you think they can at least read a simple blood test correctly. I feel robbed and disrespected for what some inept want a be animal Dr. put my family thru. You better right your wrong. Im not one to go away that easy. I have proof to support my claim.

Had a coupon for New Patients....Free Exam. Well I walked out of there paying $270.00 for two dogs!! Then was told I needed to get medicine for a parasite, They said the cost would be $175.00 even though only one dog showed positive for this parasite but all dogs would have to be treated. I asked for a perscription and ordered online and got the same medicine for $42.00 including shipping! Two weeks ago I took my dog in for a simple ear infection and it cost me $220.00. The prices are outrageous! My old vet where I used to live never ever cost me this kind of money and if it wasn't 340 miles away I would continue to go there!



Some of the staff is such snobs and act like you are intruding in their life, some other staff people were very nice especially the one who takes your money! Living on a fixed income and going to this vet is not at all possible. I have read other reviews and they say if you want good treatment for your animal then come here......well that is a crock! I am off to another VET!

The Veterinarians here really really care for the animals, they are kind and very polite. Our dog has severe eye problems and is partially blind due to the previous owners negligence, we took him to other vets who didnt seem to care too much and kept giving us the same remedies, finally we took him here and got a prescription for eyedrops that work wonders. Yes they are a bit pricey here but it is well worth it, you pay for the kind of care you want for your animal.

There are 8 vets at this hospital and each one is better than anyone I have ever been to. The people that work there really care about the animals is which is refreshing. They understand how I feel about my pets and always remember me and my frequent visits! I love that they always seem happy when I call or come in. I love knowing that my pets are in the best possible hands no matter what they are there for. They also have a boarding facility where my dogs are walked several times a day in a fenced in yard -- and get lots of extra hugs, kisses, and pets too!! My dogs actually like going to sleepover. It puts my heart at ease that while I am on vacation they are enjoying theirs as well!



I would reccommend them to anyone!! Awesome Place with Awesome People
