I have waited 39 days for stair trim . could have grown the bamboo and made my own faster.horible service.

HEBWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

While looking for a new floor option for my home, my husband and I decided to see what lumber liquidators had to offer. Despite their numerous signs on the front door claiming that they strive on great customer service, we were left insulted, angry and not helped one bit. We had asked the employee to point out a specific type of flooring and he pointed us to a wall of samples and basically told us to figure it out by touching them. He never left his register and offered no assistance whatsoever. Being parents of 2 young children, we had to bring them with us. I am the first to admit when my 3 year old is out of hand, and I assure you this time he was not. He thought it was appropriate to continue to tell my son not to do things such as touch the wall samples or stand on the flooring samples. Needless to say, he did not have a nice attitude when telling my son what to do. After a few times of him thinking this was ok, I looked at my husband and I said I was ready to leave and was not purchasing anything from there. Upon leaving, my husband wanted this mans name to call and complain. He went back in, to get his name and this employee asked if there was a problem. My husband told him and his response was, and I quote, "well it's not my fault you can't control your kids!" To make matters worse, he was the stores ASSISTANT MANAGER!! We tried to call corporate but instead of speaking with a regional or general manager or anyone in charge, they offered us a sales pitch on flooring and told us we have to fill out a survey in order to speak with a supervisor of any sort!!



Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend them to anyone.
