Service

Everyone and I mean everyone in this company is amazing! Renee in the office, the techs who came out and the owner Andy are honest, helpful, courteous and understanding. Anyone who goes elsewhere for service, a contract or a new system is making a mistake. They didn’t try to upsell anything and they have us as customers for life!

Overall

Poor customer service from office staff. Been a customer for a long time, have referred others and the office staff has lied, made promises that they will not commit to. Tried to talk to the owner about it but 9 days later no call back. Tried to work through BBB and they lied in a response to them. Very sad after all this time. Office staff told me to "find someone else" after they were a no show to my appointment

Andy and his crew were great.....

Andy and his crew were great.. they came in during the worst possible conditions right after Sandy and had 2 new heating systems up and running in days as promised. They were so neat, cleaned up everything and went over and above what was required. The crew was super friendly and real pro's. The workmanship was outstanding. No complaints at all. On top of this his pricing was very competetive not the cheapest but below many other quotes. He was very honest and provided the most value for the money. Will send an update when they come back ti install the air conditioners.
