It was refreshing to actually have someone return my phone call requesting a quote on fencing. The sales rep scheduled an appointment, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. It took a little longer than I expected for the actual work to be done, but it was worth the wait. The product quality was excellent. The work crew was friendly, courteous, efficient and neat. I highly recommend Carl's.

These guys were amazing ! Got here as requested on a Saturday morning around 9:30 am, and were cleaned up and out of here by dark . They were very professional, contractor took time to go over exactly how it was going to be, any questions I had he was able to answer and you can tell they knew what they were doing. Clean, fast, professional ! Definitely recommend them !

Installers were very friendly and courteous . They took the time to answer all my questions and left my yard in excellent condition taking all debris with them.

The service and care with installing our fence was exceptional...they took the time to walk the yard with me and make sure they knew exactly where and how I wanted the fence installed. The installers were wonderful and never seemed bothered or annoyed when I asked a question or asked for something to be adjusted. I also had the opportunity to talk to the owner who really cares about his business and providing great service!

Working with Carl’s Fencing-Decking Home Improvements showed that there are still a few great businesses out there with moral ethics! Sadly the day before signing an agreed upon price and contract with Jaime, the owner from MidAltantic Fence Company, he called us up and said he made an error in the pricing, and that it had to increase drastically! When I was baffled how he could increase the price so much right before signing the contract, and that this was exactly what he was against other companies doing, he told us that if we did not like the drastic increased price, then we didn’t have to go with him! We were so disappointed that the owner himself would say one thing and do another! However, Scott Skrable, Bill and the owners from Carl’s Fencing-Decking Home Improvements came to our rescue! Not only did they match Jamie’s (MidAtlantic Fence Company) original price, but in fact, followed through with exceptional service and quality work! Their highly experienced team provided us with a quality fence and even crafted a unique solution for our meters. Carl’s Fencing-Decking Home Improvements installed our fence with pride and complete customer satisfaction as their goal! Now that is truly putting customers first!

This company has gone above and beyond what is expected from a company providing a service or purchases. They have very detailed estimates and contracts with no surprises ans the schedule was on point from three weeks out. The workers who showed up on site were very polite and asked my permission for any inconsistency in my land level to make sure I was happy. I used them for fence installation, but they are now on top of my list for all services they offer.

Carls Fencing did an outstanding job installing a new fence in my back yard. Would highly recommend.

very professional and organized

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They installed a very short portion of fencing directly in front of the gate (which is the entrance to the yard) instead of on the side of the yard which would not be noticed. When I saw what was being done I questioned the installer who told me to call the office. I then explained the problem to the salesperson who sold me the fence and (after a call back 2 hours later when the installer was gone) was told that the installer said that this was discussed with me beforehand which was absolutely not true. When I told him that it was never discussed he told me that it was too bad that I was not happy and thanked me for my feedback. Anyone who is thinking about using them should question...if they believed that the installation was done correctly would there be a reason to lie about it? Now that I know how they do business I hope there is nothing else that is wrong. A fence cost too much money to do business with a company that is not truthful and does not stand behind its work.

I had Carl's Fencing & Decking do plenty of work in my yard and to my exterior of my home and never had one problem with their work ethics or quality of workmanship. I also recommended them to several of my neighbors and not one of them were unhappy with Carl's Fencing & Decking. So my experience has be very good! Thank's to Carl's Fencing & Decking my house/yard and my neighborhood looks a lot better.
