Ordered flowers to be delivered to hospital. They were never delivered nor were we notified. We reordered to be delivered to home. They arrived looking like they're about 5 days old...limp, yellowing, dry, curling leaves and dropping petals. When florist called, he was indignant and said he made the arrangement that morning. Yeah, with 5 day old flowers. I do not recommend!

This florist is really unprofessional and their flowers are of poor quality. I placed an order online to be delivered at my wife's job the day before Valentines Day. The arrangement was supposed to have white and spray roses, lavender stock and waxflower, all arranged in a clear glass vase that's wrapped with purple ribbon. Guess what? my wife got SOMETHING THAT LOOKED NOTHING like the flowers in the picture they have online. As soon as I saw a pic of the flowers my wife got, I called the place to complain and they told me that when some of the flowers are not available they send the second option you pick when checking out. Guess what? I never picked a second option which means that they sent whatever they had in stock. They don't even let you pick a second option cause I tried to place the same order just to make sure I didn't miss it when checking out. So I called them back to get a refund and even offered to bring back the piece of trash my wife got for Valentines but they apologized and said they would redeliver to my home the right arrangement next day.Guess what? They came next day and brought another arrangement that looked even worse than the one they sent the day before. I didn't want to talk to them anymore so my wife called them to let them know we just wanted a refund. She got to talk to the owner and he said they sent something different because the flowers I ordered are not in season. SERIOUSLY? You don't sell something you don't have. That's not honest. That's taking advantage of people. Treating customers like idiots. He said if we want the refund we have to bring back what they delivered. Today is valentines day. I live 30 minutes away from the florist and didn't want to ruin more our day for a $70 refund. We decided to leave it at that but wanted to make sure people know about John's Riverside Florist and what to expect when dealing with them.DON'T GET FLOWERS FROM THEM if you are expecting to get the picture you ordered.
Orderd flowers from John for Mothers Day and they where beautiful, very reasonabley priced. Ordering was fast and easy, and lasted a long time. looking foward to doing buisness with you.
