Went in after a friend, who's pistol i really liked, recommended them. I took a trip just to see what the have in stock and walked out with two rifles and a pistol and another on hold until i can get another permit! Joe's pricing was so good i couldn't say no. Michele was busy with the paperwork but always pleasant, since my original purchase and subsequent visits to see what they had in stock and to pick up transfers from out of state.

Great store with a wide selection which is changing almost daily! Friendly staff who are very helpful and pleasant. Prices are amazing on both used and new, which makes it hard to leave with just one new toy! Must stop and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed in both guns in stock and the staff's service.

The guy took 45 minutes to look my guns up in a book. He gave me a price that we shook on. After we shook, he went in the back and I waited another 45 minutes and then some lady came out and offered $200 less after the handshake and told me 'if there's another school shooting your guns will be worth more'. She's a vile and disgusting woman, I took my guns and left, I would rather set them on fire then sell them to someone like her. Being that I have two small children I will pray there is never another school shooting. I too put one star only because I had to.

Buy elsewhere ! Owner Michelle is one nasty unprofessional businessperson. Paid for an item and when they couldn't deliver she became hostile. I would have compromised but she was just so unprofessional. There are lots of great stores with better stock and nicer sales people.

Hey Jim from 2014, Gun quote gone bad! I believe when you walk into a store and you are asking for service such as an appraisal and there is a sign right in front of you on the wall about a charge for such services you are just as guilty for note asking if there is a charge. Take responsibility and stop panning off you part of the error on others. I've use the store as an FFL transfer and have bought items and I have received stellar service each and every time. They are honorable people and have a personal touch with their customers. It all boils down to being a up front person at all times and communicating with all the details for both parties. As far as the low quotes to purchase you always have the ability to sell or go somewhere else.

I went into this Gunshop for the first time several weeks ago with my dad in order to sell a couple handguns. I knew the values going in and they were SPOT ON with their offer. One of them we sold at a fair price and the other, I decided to keep (Colt Det Spec) Great Weapon... The shop recommended a simple cleaning/servicing which was done same day at a great price... Awesome! I went back to the shop about a week later because I wanted to sell one of my handguns and purchase another (Remington R1 1911). They purchased my firearm at the exact price I thought it was worth and applied that toward my new purchase. I purchased my new (Remington R1 1911) at a GREAT PRICE. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to deal with. I love that they always offer you a cup of coffee. NICE TOUCH, GREAT BUSINESS... Will recommend to everyone!

This company is horrible. If I could give them zero stars I would. I went into this shop today to possibly sell two handguns to them. Some guy that doesn't know what he is doing took 30 minutes to look over my guns. He then offers me a fraction of what the guns are worth. I tell the guy I am not interested and that I am going to take my guns and go home. Some woman that was working behind the counter then tells me that I owe her a $20 fee for the time it took to evaluate my guns value. The owner of the shop starts yelling that "time is money" and points to one of maybe a dozen signs that hang on the wall that list the fees for giving estimates on the value of guns. Suffice it to say these people never told me about this fee before they looked at my guns. These people are sleazy. Avoid them.
