my wife found a 2008 chevy trailblazer she really liked on cars.com turns out it was on gillie hyde's lot. their website/photos/bvideo was terrific. other than driving it, we knew we wanted that suv. the salesman, scott gordon, wa skind enough to test drive it before we made the 90 minute trip there form lebanon, tn. he tested evrything and evry option to be sure we had no rude "surprises" when we got there. not only did they work with us on the price, they stood good on a repair that needed to be made once we got back to lebanon, tn. on an option that was inadvertently not checked until we got to their lot and it was found to be inoperative and their service shop had already gone home for the day.
