I usually don't bother writing bad reviews when I'm not impressed with a businesses service, but when I am intentionally ripped of and scammed I feel I NEED to warn others of these Crooks. I have been getting my nails done for about 16 years now and I have never been so disappointed in a nail salon thus far until today. I should have went with my gut when I first got there and left right after her comment about how terrible of a nail job my usual nail lady did and even asked me where I got them done and continued to say bad things about them. I had already decided that I wasn't going to come back to this place after the first 10 minutes of her working on my nails because of the way she was ripping them off and making me bleed, then she got an attitude with me because I kept jerking from the pain. I was already anxious to get them done and get the hell out of there after that. When I walked in I told her that I wanted the same service that I say every two weeks when I go to a nail salon to get my nails done. Once it was finally done I go to pay hand her my card not expecting any more problems because I'm just so anxious to get out of there and then she hands me the receipt showing the amount. The service that I have been getting for the past 15 years twice a month ALWAYS costs me $35 maybe $45 if it's not my usual nail place that I use. The amount was $70!! I told her she overcharged me and to recharge me the correct amount or I wasn't signing that receipt, which legally a business can't charge the card until the receipt has been signed, especially if the customer refuses to pay. She kept saying that I added extra costs and that my polish change on my toes that I normally pay $8-$10 for was $30! I never asked for any "extra" services that she kept demanding I received. I told her if she didn't recharge me $50 I wasn't signing and leaving, she refused so I put an x across the payment section of the receipt and walked out. Then an hour later I checked my account and she illegally charged my card the $70! Shame on them for being so unethical!

I was very surprised how nice the place and the people working here when I came in with a gift certificate. I left with a beautiful set of French solar nails and pedicure. That was one awesome gift I received for my birthday.

This has to be the best experience I ever had and I'm so happy to find this nail salon. My shellac nails always look so nice for up to 3 weeks and the pedicure here rocks. I'd recommend everyone to give this Envious Nails a try, you'll won't be disappointed.

Finding this Envious Nails is one of my best thing I discovered since I moved here in Tomball. Great customer service and the quality is beyond my expectation. Best nail salon I've ever been to.

The worst pedicure I have ever had. I kept telling the nail tech she was hurting me and wouldn't stop. Do not go there!

what a horrible place to do you're nails at!!!! I spend $80.00 on my hands and feet and one day later all my nails are coming right off.. so I go ahead and tell them I am on my way over can you please do something about it and the Chinese lady said "They just can put clear nail polish on it and that's all "then the Chinese lady's worker were screaming at me and being very rude about it saying I did it to get money back and new nails wow please don't go there what a waste of money and time I will never go to this place for any nail job ever !!!!!!!!

I've been coming here at least 5 years. Great service and the ladies are very sweet. I always get what I ask for. I've tried other places and I always end up right back here!
