Super bad experience with parkway Chevrolet. They total don't care about you and your purchase all the care about is they get a sale and not bother to check in to see if you have any question or concerns in regards to your purchase, will never shop there again!

I posted about Quick Lane, Ford's fluid shop... IT IS FORD. And it wasn't a good review.After the bad experience at Quick Lane, I brought my truck to the dealership for repairs. I had an appointment at 7:00 AM, Friday, and I waited two hours until I spoke to the ACTUAL appraiser; the bell hop boys don't count as being 'helped'. I told the appraiser what the truck needs exactly and he went out and took the VIN and license plate. He comes back and tells me it won't be looked at until Monday and I have to leave it over night on the weekend. I told the appraiser to give me the keys and I walked away.The quality is the worst and I bet the skills of majority of mechanics are as bad as Quick Lane.
After having many terrible experiences trying to buy an F150 I was recommended to try Tomball Ford. All I can say is what a great experience I had. My Sales Consultant Michael Johnson was very courteous and professional. He made it a point to find the perfect truck for me. He was even accommodating to the fact that I was severely late to my appointment. I am so happy to have found a dealer that actually put customers first.

Gary Wheland!, Gary Wheland!, Gary Wheland!, I worked 10PM-7AM the night before and had no plans to go car shopping that day but my wife and a troublesome VW Passat begged to differ. After visiting the Chevy, Dodge, and Ford dealerships in the surrounding area I ended up at the Kia dealership. They had such a variety of the car I wanted, all with low miles that my wife and I had a hard time choosing one. Gary went over all the options, trims and safety features (In a timely manner, if you know what I mean). During the whole process my toddler made a play pen out of each office. Even though I was tired and grouchy, and my kid was being a brat I left happy with the trade in deal Kia gave me on a Kia Sorento with less than 6000 miles on it. Thanks Gary! He could have sold me a rust bucket; I would still give him 5 stars for the experience!
