This place is a pure joke. Merlin ,the lady who’s works the front desk is a mere puppet for the owner Nicole. Nicole treats and talks to people as if she is better than them. I have never seen an old rich woman SO miserable. You can definitely tell Nicole is there for the money not the children because she NEVER interacts with them and when she needs to it’s ALWAYS to discipline them. I have had 3 teachers complain to me how they are treated. Merlin is EXTREMELY messy and will tell your business in a heart beat. But The best thing about these situations are that you don’t have to stay and be mistreated. Karma is real and seeing how those 2 are aging it’s catching up to them. You cannot mistreat ppl or children for no reason and get away with it. God bless them.
Seems nothing has changed in 5 years. Confusion about possible teams forming. Erratic business operation. Information shared on website is not accurate. Buyer beware. Bottom line if you pay you play. Sit in for more than one session and you'll see the real person emerge. Not the happy j…

I love this place. Have been going for 3 years now. Very friendly atmosphere. Treat me very nice. Attentive. Make me feel good . that I matter. Not just another dollar sign. Always calling me with reminders. If my therapist can't make it. They offer someone else that is tutitive to my needs. This is the only place that is part of the arthritis foundation. You have my support. God bless you. ☺☺☺☺
This is the worst daycare. The owner Ms. Mary is rude and uncompassionate. She seems to not care about the families. There is a man that frequently plays with himself in the front playground in the morning when the kids arrive. He has his parts fully exposed and has asked women to come over to him. Ms. Mary's response was to install motion detector lights. Great solution. She scares the kids because of her mean attitude towards them. I've heard her negatively talk about kids. Bring your kid here if you want them to possibly witness a man exposing himself, have 10 different teachers in a year (because everyone quits), pay extra fees, and have teachers be physically rough with the kids. All she cares about is making money. She is not kind and compassionate like someone in her field of work should be, nor are most of the teachers. It's a shame.
Kids R Kids' staff is professional, loving and on point. Their pricing matches the high level of care and education they provide the children. They make you feel like family, you're not another number, they know you by name. The teachers are excellent and it shows they have a true commitment and passion to care for our little and not so little ones. They have different curriculums and activities that makes my child want to attend this facility, which, until now, it was never an easy task. They have "Splash Days" during the summer, their playground facilities are top notch, and they also have Tadpoles - you will receive pictures during the day of your child and an end of day report to your email address. They also have good quality cameras in all rooms, so you're also able to see your children interacting and playing with their friends during the day. I would recommend this daycare to anyone that is looking for high quality and nothing but the best care for their children.
My Husband and I were members of this location starting back in DEC. 2014. We decided to cancel our membership. The front desk advised that when we cancel our membership for the following month we have an additional 30 days to use our PREPAID credits. The front desk did not tell us that our account was considered cancelled a few days after we signed the paperwork and the clock started on the 30 days at the moment when the information was entered into Massage Envy's database. When I called to schedule to use our remaining credits, I was told that my membership was already canceled a few days earlier and could not use the PREPAID credits. I received a call back from a young lady that claimed to be a concerned manager. However, we talked and have yet to speak again. She NEVER called me back. I have given it a few weeks and since there is no concern or communication - I will NEVER recommend Massage Envy to ANYONE again. I am TRULY bothered that I paid for a service but cannot use it.
Please Do Not trust this facility to care for your children. They over charge. The staff is underpaid, miserable and intimidated by the front desk personnel. My review is a reflection of 2 years of an emotional roller coaster of their unrealistic expectations of my 2 year old, now 4. They have called me to pick up my child because she wouldn't nap during nap time and recommended I medicate her for her behavior. I have tried to work with their impractical behavior expectancies. Any feedback I would give from our pediatrician, diet changes and therapy (yes even therapy) they seemed to think those adjustments were not helpful. They put her on a 30-day review twice and would openly discuss "kicking her out" in front of my child. When I received the notice that my child was being released, I told the director that I was going to make a complaint and she said she didn't have to take abuse from me & my child. We are the ones that have been abused. I'm not sure why I didn't remove her long ago. I guess I am just not willing to give up on my child.
This place is awesome! staff is friendly, very clean facility, prices are very reasonable, and my massage therapist Paige was outstanding.I would recommend this location.I will definatly be coming back.
Very, very disappointed. I went in for a relaxing day and I left annoyed and uncomfortable. I should have walked out when I met the receptionist. She was rude and had no hospitality training. She made me feel bad that I was "only" 5 minutes early for my session, and rushed me through the - VERY IMPORTANT - medical history. I'm allergic to grapefruit and that could have been horrible if I hadn't said something directly to the therapist. I went back to the restroom - I had to use the men's, because there's only one ladies' room in the whole building - and then met my therapist, Beth. She was nice enough. I then spent the next two hours in a tiny, cramped room that was boiling hot being rubbed down with the greasiest oil ever. There was no pressure or consistency. I almost asked her to stop! When it was finally over, I looked up and realized she had shorted me by 15 minutes. I was then given a robe and a plastic cub of water, and I waited for the girl who was going to give me my facial. She was better - her name is Melody, and she was sweet and was actually better at massaging than Beth was. The facial was just mediocre. I could have done the same thing at home. One of the masks, a clay sulfur-based one, burned my face. At least she only shorted me five minutes.I ended up paying over two hundred dollars for three hours of discomfort. The receptionist tried to sell me their "membership" plan, which sounded ridiculous, and some facial products. I will never be going back, and I will be contacting the company for a refund. This was an insane experience.
The Willis daycare is just as bad as this one. Seriously, shut down kids world all together.
I would give this daycare 0 stars if I could. They charge for every little thing and they are extremely rude. They do not let you know when they are going to charge a fee then you look on your account and see an extra fee and then simply state "it's in the parent handbook that you signed." I cannot wait until the school year is over so that I can take my child out.
