Don's Plumbing & Heating has always provided great service and come to immediate rescue the minute any plumbing or appliance is in need.

I will never use Don's Plumbing (Tomah,) again! I was informed that I had to pay $89 per hr and any parts or whatever that needed to be replaced. They arrived at 11 am and left at 12. ONE hr exactly. I just found out that I paid $253! Nobody told me there would be a $50 charge for the machine they used to unclog the line, nor was I told I had to pay the wage of TWO MEN! They told me one man was go...ing...and he ended up having someone with him. I call BS! I do realize that it could have been worse, and could have cost more- but to NOT inform me of all these extra charges up front, that's not how you run a business! And then when I asked them why they didn't call me to inform me (I asked them to call before they did anything) of what they had to do...the woman replied, and not nice about it, "then it would have cost you more, as they would have to stand around waiting while I call you" REALLY? So just go in a house and do whatever...charge whatever..and the client isn't aware. Just principle. I don't even want to give them one star, but apparently you have to in order to post. They also charged my Debit without me authorizing the transaction. I was told I had to have my card on file, it was their policy...but was not told that I would just be charged whatever and whenever. I'm just so angry.

I've haad excellent service from Don's for many years. Service is prompt, professional, and friendly. Prices reasonable. They send a service questionaire each time.

When it comes to plumbing, there is no one else I would call. Great work, thanks guys.

STAY AWAY! They don't even deserve 1 star. They don't know how to repair anything--they lie, telling you one thing and doing another. They demand payment but don't fix the problem. I have paid them over the course of 2 summers about $800, and my AC still does not work. They are useless, DO NOT hire them.
