        Took my printer in to get the head cleaned which the say is "free" but charge you for whatever ink they use while working on it which will end up being all your ink! Then after having me come in one day to pay for one color ink they have me come all the way back the next day because the other two colors need to be changed. But theu where all the same levels when i brougjt it there. They neglected to tell me this the first time i drove there of coarse. And on the phobe i was told it was only going to be another $22 on top of the $11 i had spent the day before. However i got there and it was twice that $45. So what was supposedly a free service was going to end up costing me almost $70 in ink! Absolutely rediculous. Extremely unhappy! Especially since i now know what goes into cleaning a printer head and it doesnt need to go thru that much ink to do it! Ill be doing it myself from now on.
